Repair and Re-polishing Services

Our products are made to last a lifetime (or more), which means they can be repaired. We understand that even the most loved objects will need care every once in a while.

Contact us at support@serare.com with a photo of your item and serial number to request a quote for repair services.

Some of our services include:

  • Ring Re-sizing
  • Repairing lose gemstones and prongs
  • Intensive Re-polishing (deep scratches and marks)
  • Light Re-polishing

Solid Gold

Our 14k sold gold items will not oxidize or tarnish. However, the higher the gold content is, the softer the metal is, making them more prone to scratching and marks. Treat your gold jewelery with care, and it will remain bright and polished for years.

Gold can be ‘shined up’ for everyday wear by removing dirt and grease with a polishing cloth or good quality microfiber cloth.

Gemstones

Gemstones can attract dust and grease and will need to be shined regularly. However, our diamonds and sapphires are very resilient, and are harder than the metal that surrounds them. Be sure to follow the proper care techniques for the gemstone’s metal settings.

A good quality microfiber cloth or a soft toothbrush and warm water can be used to shine gemstones during normal wear.

Why Lab Created Pink Diamonds?

A natural diamond is made of compressed carbon and may take up to 3.3 billion years to form within the earth. Its sparkle and rarity has charmed historic civilizations for as long as we have known. Rarest among the diamonds are the illusive pink diamonds. While colored diamonds may have their brilliant hues from other elements (boron for blue and nitrogen for yellow), many pink diamonds mysteriously contained no other elemental impurities.

Only recently has it been discovered that the brilliant pink hue was due to increased heat and pressure. A process that compressed the carbon crystals into such a tight structure that it absorbed all other colors, letting only rosy hues escape.

Our lab created pink diamonds go through this same process, giving you one of the purest and most beautiful diamonds available.

In addition, your investments will reach further. The price of a 0.06 carat pink diamond ring (with a 2.5mm diameter) can be as high as $4000 USD or more, while a lab created diamond from Serare is available a faction of that price.

Sizing

Not sure of your ring size? We offer a free ring sizing kit to ensure a perfect fit, you only need to pay for shipping.

For bracelets and necklaces, we recommend tying a string around your wrist or neck to the desired fit, then measuring the string. This will give you a good idea of your preferred custom sizes.
